  • Do I need a coach?

    If you haven’t figured it out on your own, stop struggling. A coach can help you get clear on what you want and what you’re trying to do, set up a plan to make progress, and hold you accountable.

  • How long does coaching take?

    Depending on your goal, coaching can take 5-10 sessions. You’ll see progress during and between sessions.

  • What can I expect to get out of coaching?

    A coach will help you understand your blind spots and what is holding you back AND what you can do about it.
